Position Overview: Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our seca UK team based in Birmingham. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our marketing strategies across various business units. Your focus will be on crafting tailored messaging for our target markets, developing content marketing initiatives, and driving lead generation through effective management of end-user marketing channels. You will be instrumental in supporting the development of ongoing marketing strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.        

In this role, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and providing regular updates to senior management. Your creativity and innovative mindset will also extend to creating and managing customer testimonials for use in marketing materials, enhancing the company's credibility and engagement. You will take an active role in event planning and execution for exhibitions and tradeshows, ensuring these initiatives align with our brand strategy and contribute to lead generation efforts.         

Your responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with our marketing department at HQ (Hamburg), ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across locations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key contributor to decision-making processes, continuously driving improvement and optimization of marketing initiatives. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is adaptable to evolving market needs and challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing strategies for our different business units
  • Craft messaging for our target markets
  • Create Content Marketing
  • Manage end-user marketing channels to ensure lead generation           
  • Manage all assigned projects and provide updates to senior management
  • Assist in the development of ongoing marketing strategy for the BU
  • Create and manage customer testimonials for further use in marketing efforts
  • Maintain regular communication with our marketing department at HQ
  • Actively manage event planning and execution for exhibitions and tradeshows

 

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking and presentations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for medical measuring devices and fitness industry
  • Travel as needed, high willingness to travel throughout the entire country when necessary
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience is preferable
