Your Responsibilities:

  • As the world market leader for medical measuring and weighing, we provide you with extensive product knowledge and industry-specific know-how to be successful in yourmarket.
  • You will be responsible for our sales territory of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, continuously expanding our specialized dealer network through your high level of commitment and the implementation of individual sales and marketing strategies. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and lay the foundation for a long-term career at seca.
  • You identify potential new sales partners, approach them, and help them recognize the potential of collaborating with us.
  • During regular trips to your region and video calls from our film studio at seca headquarters, you will make endcustomers from the healthcare sector excited about our premium products and conduct regular product trainings for new and existing distribution partners.
  • You enjoy networking at international trade fairs and congresses as well as planning and conducting marketing activities for and with our trade partners.
  • You work according to KPIs and regularly present these to sales management to jointly steer the success of your region.

 

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service for a hardware product and a desire to further develop a career in international sales.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as high enthusiasm.
  • Understanding of business contexts and key figures.
  • Proficiency with common MS Office programs. Experience with a CRM system is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region Eastern Europe
