Are you our future Team Manager Sales and Services Benelux?

As Team Manager Sales and Services in the Netherlands, you are responsible for leading and developing the local branch team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers. Reporting directly to the headquarters in Hamburg, you act as a key liaison between the Dutch market and the central organization. Your focus is on implementing strategic goals, optimizing internal processes, and building strong client relationships to support sustainable business growth in the region.

What your typical tasks will be

  • Responsible for providing monthly financial performance updates in comparison to Accountability for a small team based in the Netherlands with operational responsibility for most customers.
  • Expanding the customer base, especially hospitals, clinics and private practices.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and sales partners.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads.
  • Responsible for product demonstrations and advertising, organizing and participating in trade fairs and events.
  • Development of sales strategies and appropriate reporting on sales results and market developments.
  • Employee management (Service, Administration & Sales)

Qualifications and required skills:

- Proven track record in sales with a strong sales-driven personality

  • Experience in selling medical devices; ideally also familiar with selling (medical) software and services
  • Background in direct sales within the healthcare sector and distributor management
  • High level of intrinsic motivation and self-drive
  • Willingness to travel across the Benelux region, with occasional trips to Germany
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is an advantage
  • A true “hands-on” mentality – this role goes beyond leadership and strategy; active involvement in sales is essential
  • Experience in managing small teams
  • Based in the greater Amsterdam / Utrecht area
