Product Manager Service Business (m/f/d)
Your Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development:
- Structure, define, and develop products within our existing technical customer service business.
- Develop and manage the end-to-end strategy for service products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Analyze our existing service business model, use the insights to develop and roll out a winning global service business model execution blueprint.
- Identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for new service offerings.
- Build business cases, pricing models, and roadmaps for new and existing service products.
Customer Experience & Support:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, acting as the voice of the customer in service processes.
- Continuously refine and optimize the customer experience for service products, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Work with customer support teams to design processes that deliver outstanding service experiences.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership:
- Partner with local field service teams, engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product launch execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to the service products.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, service contract penetration, and service business revenue growth.
- Analyze service product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications and Key Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service product management, service design, or a related field, ideally within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and service delivery models.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful service products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Growth mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.
